authentic, fun, documentary wedding photography

Hey, it's so nice to meet you! I'm so grateful that you're here and have come across my work. I'd love to take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself   (even though it's a little awkward talking about myself).

I’ve been obsessed with photographing people and real moments since I can remember. When I was 7 years old, my mum used to pretend film was in the camera so I could take photos of my teddy bears. It's probably a good thing that the digital age didn't exist at the time, because I would have driven her mad with the amount of photos I would've taken.

Fast forward to 16 years ago, I followed my passion across the world and moved from Canada to the UK to study photography at University in Derbyshire, where I am now based.

Weddings truly are a passion for me. I am drawn to photographing people, moments, and laughter the most, maybe even finding moments with a good sense of humor. Having said that, I also love capturing natural, romantic photos of my couples. I want to make sure that you get amazing photos of yourselves as well as candid moments throughout the day. (You can see this in my gallery, please feel free to have a look!)

I am a pretty chill person (could be my life-long obsession with yoga), so on the day itself I work calmly but also take charge when it's needed. Most of my couples tell me they barely noticed the camera, which I take as a compliment! I aim to feel like a natural part of the day.

Outside of photography, my world revolves around my two 4 year old girls, which means life is very loud and never dull. Being a mum is by far my greatest joy aside from wedding photography.
